Pet Portraits

Do you only do Dogs and Cats?
No, we can create illustrations for any pets including horses, parrots and rabbit, even your pet chicken!

Can I preview the illustration before shipment?
100% we want you to be happy with what you receive. To us ever single illustration is an expression of love and care. This is why we do not take on more orders than we can fulfil. We want to create something that you can cherish for years, that gives you warm and fuzzy feelings.

Can I have multiple pets on a portrait?
Yes, we can put up to three pets on portrait beyond that they will look tiny on any sizes. We'd recommend getting individual portraits beyond three.

Do you do human portraits?

Can I have portrait with name?
Yes, you can choose to have a portrait with any pet name.

What background color can I have?
Unlike our competitors we can add any background color to your portrait. We'd prefer if you provided us with the unique color hex code e.g. #6497C4 you can get the color hex code from here colorpicker.com.

Returns

What if I'm not happy with the order I've received?
We want you to be 100% happy with the order you receive. if there's an issue with your order please get in touch with our support and we will make it right.

What is your return policy?
As the item is personalized we are unable to accept returns as they cannot be resold. This is why we provide the proofing before a shipment is made, so that you are completely happy.

How can I cancel my order?
Unlike our competitors we start illustrating your portrait as soon as the order is received. We are happy to cancel an order if you contact us within 2 hours of purchase (please contact TeamShortAndSilly@gmail.com).

I didn't receive all the portraits
Printed posters will be rolled into single tube. If you ordered framed posters it may be sent in multiple packages which may arrive at different times. This is to reduce the item getting damaged while being delivered.

Shipping

When I will get my order?
Processing time and shipping times are different. Processing times means how long it will take us to create the portrait and print, frame and ship. We aim to complete this this within a week. Shipping is another week for delivery within US and 2 weeks for rest of the world.

What are shipping charges?
This will be calculated during checkout for you.
