Do you only do Dogs and Cats?
No, we can create illustrations for any pets including horses, parrots and rabbit, even your pet chicken!
Can I preview the illustration before shipment?
100% we want you to be happy with what you receive. To us ever single illustration is an expression of love and care. This is why we do not take on more orders than we can fulfil. We want to create something that you can cherish for years, that gives you warm and fuzzy feelings.
Can I have multiple pets on a portrait?
Yes, we can put up to three pets on portrait beyond that they will look tiny on any sizes. We'd recommend getting individual portraits beyond three.

Can I have portrait with name?
Yes, you can choose to have a portrait with any pet name.
What background color can I have?
Unlike our competitors we can add any background color to your portrait. We'd prefer if you provided us with the unique color hex code e.g. #6497C4 you can get the color hex code from herecolorpicker.com.
What makes a good photo
Good Natural Lighting
Minimal to no filter on to ensure we capture the correct color of your pet.
Clear Picture
Avoid overhead, blurry, or overly filtered photos for the best result.
Best Angle
Choose the best photo angle for your pet like close up, eye-level showing neck.
Use Simple Picture
Sometimes it’s not possible to capture a great picture and that’s okay. We can use what you have.
